Dermatology Biologics Sales Representative

Galderma is a leading dermatology company dedicated to advancing the field through innovative, science-based solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Biologics Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of becoming the leading dermatology company in the world.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets to meet or exceed business objectives
* Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge
* Promote and generate demand for Rx products in a competitive market
* Plan and execute effective sales calls/activities on targeted HCPs (dermatologists and allergists)
* Analyze data on a monthly basis and develop strategic business plans to enhance long-term sales performance
* Represent Galderma by attending trade shows, conventions, and other meetings
* Demonstrate ethics and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 5 years of proven specialty sales success in a quota-driven role
* Strong track record of consistent documented success
* Proficiency in interpreting clinical trial data and presenting compelling evidence on the safety and efficacy of Nemolizumab to HCP
* Bachelor's Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
* Proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (Veeva CRM, Power BI)
* Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities
