As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will apply strategic and analytical thinking to address challenges and achieve our goal of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective services.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a health-related discipline, with 3-5 years of experience in an acute care setting and 1-2 years of supervisory and leadership experience. You should have demonstrated leadership, planning, organization, time management, and conflict resolution skills, as well as collaboration and negotiation skills.

You should also have experience working with software programs related to bed utilization, knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles, and proficiency in the use and application of the Patient Flow Dashboard (Tableau) and Meditech. Competencies in other languages, particularly French, are an asset.

Hours

This is a permanent, full-time position with 75 hours bi-weekly. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends.

Compensation and Incentives

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $53.35, with the possibility of a $5,000 signing bonus with a defined Return of Service contract. Additionally, you may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
