Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lawson Jackpot Convenience Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking area.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store image.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
