Senior Contracts Manager

About This Role
At Air Products, we are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, modifying, and leading commercial negotiations of engineering, construction, and EPC type contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership for preparing, modifying, and leading commercial negotiations of engineering, construction, and EPC type contracts.
- Bring substantial expertise in managing risks and function independently as a primary commercial advisor for proposal and project execution teams.
- Conduct sourcing events and manage contracts for your area of responsibility.
- Implement The Air Products Way, including all e-enabled technologies and experience in SAP contracting process is preferred.
- Understand and promote current best-in-class sourcing strategies and methodologies across the industry.
- Work with Global Product teams (engineering, technology, commercial Product Management) supported business and functional organization to achieve goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with experience in managing construction, engineering, and EPC contracts. Master of Business Administration is advantageous.
- 20 years of work experience in an EPC or Oil and Gas company.
- Substantial Experience in contracts and contractual language.
- Quantity surveying experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of executing construction and EP/EPC contracts in large and Mega scale projects.
