Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Regal Motel. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as arrange travel and related itineraries.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Support for Diversity and Inclusion: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
