Job Title: Sales Supervisor Leader

Job Summary:

As a Sales Supervisor Leader at Ontario Corporation, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the sales process. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. You will work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and ensure the smooth operation of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Manage cash
- Oversee payroll administration
- Conduct performance reviews
- Supervise office and volunteer staff

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in a sales role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to distinguish between colours
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
