Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team at Canada Inc. in this exciting retail sales management opportunity.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail sales professionals to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
  • Analyze market research and trends to inform strategic decisions on merchandise, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
  • Determine staffing requirements based on business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Plan and implement budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales management role.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
