Job Summary

Optimum General Inc. is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead its claims operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining claims handling philosophy, setting policies, standards, procedures, and reserving guidelines, and monitoring adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement claims handling strategies to ensure efficient and effective claims resolution
  • Establish and maintain policies, standards, and procedures for claims handling and reserving
  • Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to claims staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
