About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee daily operations in our restaurant setting. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and training staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
- Address customers' complaints or concerns;
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
