Job Overview:
As a Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that residents receive a high standard of customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and visitors with a smile and provide assistance as needed
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
What We Offer:
As a part-time associate, you will have access to our Employee Assistance Program and competitive hourly rate of $19.00 - $20.00.
