Concierge Associate

We are a leading provider of property management services, serving over 9,000 residential communities across the United States and Canada.
Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment.
As a Concierge, you will be the face of our high-end residential properties, responsible for greeting residents and visitors with a warm smile and providing a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet residents and visitors with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service
• Patrol the property, including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
• Safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers
Requirements:
• Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
• At least one year of direct/in-person customer service experience is required
• Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary
What We Offer:
As a part-time associate, you will have access to our Employee Assistance Program and competitive hourly rate of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
