About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Data Management to join our team at Manulife Insurance Malaysia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our data management efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Data Management Teams: You will lead a team of data management professionals to design, develop, and implement data management solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  • Develop Data Management Strategies: You will work closely with our business stakeholders to develop data management strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Ensure Data Quality: You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our data assets and implementing processes to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with our IT, business, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of data management solutions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You will stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data management capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Experience in Data Management: You must have at least 3 years of experience in data management, with a strong background in data governance, data quality, and data architecture.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: You must have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of data management professionals.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: You must have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven solutions.
