Job Title: Manager of Business Transformation

At Eminence Organic Skin Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Business Transformation to lead our transformation and strategic initiatives. This is a critical role that will drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the discovery and implementation of major business transformation initiatives, including ERP replacement, to ensure successful project delivery and realization of target objectives and benefits.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring clear objectives, milestones, and resource allocation, while managing risks, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Oversee external partners and manage execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and achieve the overall benefits.
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and team members, ensuring transparency and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish metrics to assess project success and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of project deliverables.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align expectations and establish quality assurance for deliverables.
  • Offer leadership and guidance in challenging situations to ensure minimal interruptions to project execution.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology and business transformation projects.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, leading project management or related functions.
  • 3+ years of experience working with IT, Finance, and/or Supply Chain teams on ERP implementations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar from an accredited institution.
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification is preferred.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, based on business value, resource availability, commitments, and backlog.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing team members with respect to project deliverables.
  • Strong sense of flexibility and personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising projects.
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Ability to predict and proactively resolve challenges.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of Kanban method/Agile development cycles and traditional Waterfall approaches.
