About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Designer to join our team at Secret Garden. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and creating stunning floral arrangements and bouquets that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create unique floral arrangements and bouquets using a variety of flowers, foliage, and decorative materials.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of floral design principles, trends, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with our team to create visually appealing displays and arrangements for special events and exhibitions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new products to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in floral design or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of floral design principles, trends, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
