About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floral Arranger Specialist to join our team at Cheese Boutique. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and creating stunning floral arrangements and glass objects that showcase our unique products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and preparing materials: You will be responsible for gathering the necessary working materials to demonstrate crafting techniques and create beautiful floral arrangements.
  • Design and creation: You will design and create glass objects and floral arrangements using natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories.
  • Business operations: You will be responsible for organizing day-to-day business operations, including supervising apprentices or other artisans and selling products on a retail basis.
Requirements
  • Education and experience: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Personal skills: You must have excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and be a team player with a high level of dependability and reliability.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of creative and dedicated individuals. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Language and Work Schedule

The primary language of work is English, and you will be required to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
