Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

At AMICO PATIENT CARE, we are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize inventory management.
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including inventory management, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Initiative and ability to take ownership of projects and tasks.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 30-40 hours per week.
