Inventory Control Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Intern to join our team at Second Bind, a company that transforms clutter into purpose for a sustainable future. As an Inventory Control Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate inventory of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent damage or loss
  • Process, package, and ship orders efficiently and accurately
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to optimize storage space
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory
  • Collaborate with management to provide operational insights and suggestions
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in the warehouse
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain or related course and eligible for coop or internship
  • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems and inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
