Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Inventory Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize inventory management, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Operational Logistics: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into inventory levels, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient in interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexible, initiative, judgment, organized, and a team player.
