ZEST IT SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for opening and distributing mail and other materials, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Additionally, they will be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, ordering office supplies, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to multitask and work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Maintain and manage digital database
Requirements

This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
