About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Le Pyramide Builders and Contractors Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring that we stay within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and manage materials and supplies to ensure they are available when needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
