Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Le Pyramide Builders and Contractors Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials and supplies to ensure timely delivery and minimize waste.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects to ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and maintain equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and compliant with regulations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
