Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

The Banquet Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of banquet services, including food and beverage preparation, event setup, and logistics. This individual will work closely with the catering team, chefs, and event coordinators to ensure seamless execution of events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety procedures
