As a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and management teams, ensuring smooth operations across various departments.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Coordinator at Lorama Group Inc., you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports, tracking sales activities, progress, and performance. You will also provide monthly sales tracking reports to management, assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budget reports, and expenditure analysis, and monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, tracking sales activities, progress, and performance. Provide monthly sales tracking reports to management.
  • Client Relations & Sales Support: Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Prepare and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product management teams to ensure smooth operations. Support marketing campaigns by coordinating logistics and providing administrative assistance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is an asset.
  • Desired Attributes: Proactive & Self-Motivated, Customer-Centric, Adaptable, Collaborative Team Player.
