Assistant General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards, ensuring that all menu items meet our brand's standards.
  • Manage cash handling, reconcile cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop team members to achieve operational excellence and promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health, safety, and security codes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
