Food Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Mario's 2 For 1 Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value for our business.
- Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of our facilities, providing personalized service and building strong relationships.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, promoting diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
- Support for Youths: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment, helping to develop the next generation of leaders.
- Support for Veterans: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans, recognizing the valuable contributions they make to our community.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people, promoting reconciliation and understanding.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
