Scott Land & Lease is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in Grande Prairie, AB.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate land records and documents.
  • Respond to inquiries from land professionals, landowners, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review documents related to land transactions.
  • Apply for third-party agreements and negotiate terms.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain land-related files and documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
  • Knowledge of land titles, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
