About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our technology systems run smoothly and efficiently. This includes troubleshooting problems, advising on appropriate actions, and redirecting to relevant resources using our IT Service Management System.
Job Description:
This is a full-time position with a 35-hour work week. The expected hiring range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000, based on your individual qualifications and experience. Your rate of pay will be determined while considering internal equity.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for IT incidents and service requests
- Provide level 1 and 2 support for our technology systems via phone, chat, email, or desk-side assistance
- Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve system performance
- Participate in IT customer projects, including office moves, infrastructure deployments, and cloud services
- Manage and monitor a wide range of systems issues, ensuring the security of our information systems and networks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum three years' experience in a Service Desk role, providing support in Microsoft environments (Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams)
- Certification in A+, Help Desk Professional, or ITIL foundations preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience with remote desktop management and support tools, workstation configurations, and desktop PCs
- Bonus: Experience with ServiceNow or fluency in both English and French
