Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menu concepts that drive customer engagement and loyalty;
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating;
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure exceptional service delivery;
- Maintain accurate inventory records and control food costs;
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment;
- Demonstrated expertise in menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and exceeding performance targets;
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
