We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and project management skills, as well as strong negotiation and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in specialty retail leasing, partnership management, and brand activations, preferably in a large-scale public transit or retail environment.
In this role, you will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of pop-up retail experiences, collaborations, and initiatives. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leases, contracts, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously will be essential in delivering successful projects.
The Manager, Retail Experience will also be responsible for establishing revenue and customer satisfaction targets while ensuring TTC policies and guidelines are met. This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of customer engagement strategies, as well as a strong understanding of the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders.
