The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer success, account management, or a related field, and will be able to lead a team of customer success professionals to proactively manage accounts and mitigate churn. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing plans to drive product adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Conducting and overseeing regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key customers
  • Collaborating with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Monitoring and reporting on key customer success metrics, providing actionable insights

As a Manager of Customer Engagement, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire new customers.
