Manager of Customer Engagement

Zenduit inc. is a leading provider of fleet management solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Manager of Customer Engagement to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer success, account management, or a related field, and will be able to lead a team of customer success professionals to proactively manage accounts and mitigate churn. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing plans to drive product adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Conducting and overseeing regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key customers
- Collaborating with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Monitoring and reporting on key customer success metrics, providing actionable insights
As a Manager of Customer Engagement, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire new customers.
