About the Role:

As a key member of our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize our supply chain operations. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain accurate demand forecasts, ensuring that we meet customer needs while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

Your expertise in SAP and other business planning tools will be invaluable in analyzing our current processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that our operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.

In addition to your analytical skills, you will also be expected to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to present information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in driving business decisions and ensuring that our operations are aligned with our overall strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts
* Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
* Communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Present information in a clear and concise manner to drive business decisions
* Ensure that our operations are aligned with our overall strategy

**Requirements:**
* 5 years of experience in manufacturing, planning, or scheduling using SAP or equivalent business planning tools
* Demonstrated experience in S&OP and long-term planning preferred
* Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or related business field preferred
* Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM/APICS) CPIM/CSCP or similar certification preferred
