Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Dawson Creek Super 8 Motel Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures.
- Front Desk Operations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and process guests' departures.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and cash reports.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
