Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in our roofing distribution business.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and sell our products and services to customers using effective phone and field selling skills.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by regularly communicating with sales contacts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive monthly sales plan to service and expand our business with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with our inside sales support team and vendors to plan and execute promotions of products and services to customers.
- Participate in industry-related organizations to enhance sales growth opportunities.
- Strong sales, presentation, and telephone skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Outstanding work ethic and high level of ambition.
- Independent self-starter with a preference for initiating and setting own direction.
- Highly motivated with unprecedented drive for results.
- Ability to meet monthly targets.
- Must have experience with reading and interpreting commercial construction specifications.
- Strong industry knowledge with a proven track record, an asset.
- Solid computer skills.
