Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of 1-4 people to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Revenue: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and optimize product displays to maximize sales.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
