About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Elevator Construction Project Lead to join our team in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. As a key member of our project management team, you will oversee commercial elevator construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and procurement responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain financial acumen, including cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant construction project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within Quebec and Atlantic Canada
