We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Securisquad Services Ltd. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Occupation Classification and Rating: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate and consistent application of company policies.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including job postings, employee referrals, and social media advertising.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and to improve overall job performance.
  • Senior Management Advisory: Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee engagement, and labor relations.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and concerns, and provide support and guidance to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Develop and implement procedures for staff consultation and grievance resolution, ensuring that all employees have a fair and transparent process for raising concerns.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff, including developing job postings, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work Environment and Safety: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify and mitigate risks, and to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
