Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Securisquad Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, planning and implementing recruitment strategies, and managing contracts and training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Occupation Classification: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Training and Development: Plan, organize, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Relations: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls and managing benefits.
- Staffing: Recruit and hire staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Work Environment: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 to 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
