Human Resources Manager

At Securisquad Services Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, and planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and organizational development. You will be responsible for managing contracts, training and development strategies, and advising senior management. Additionally, you will oversee payroll administration, recruit and hire staff, conduct performance reviews, and evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations

  • Manage contracts

  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
