We are seeking a skilled Sports Team Manager to join our team at New Frontier Soccer Academy Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in the success of our soccer teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports management and be able to motivate and lead athletes to achieve their full potential. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with players, coaches, and other staff members.
This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. The standard working hours are 40 hours per week, with occasional evenings and weekends required for events and tournaments.
Job Description:- Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out management duties to ensure the smooth operation of our soccer teams.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as maintaining filing systems and managing team schedules.
- Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions to enhance player performance.
- Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
- Participate in coaching clinic instruction to share your expertise with others.
- Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance to determine suitability for our teams.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sports management.
- Certifications: Level 3 Certificate in Coaching.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail.
- Hand-eye co-ordination.
