As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing a Lean deployment roadmap that meets our desired outcomes and stage of Lean maturity. You'll influence the current state and future state, standard work implementation plan, along with the impact and value of changes, in strong cooperation with business or service unit experts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coaching and mentoring PE Coaches on LEAN practice and tactics
  • Guiding the evolution of the LEAN playbook
  • Conducting performance health checks to maintain expected standards

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Lean management leader or 5+ years of experience as a Transformation Executive
  • Experience and understanding of operational management practices and objectives
  • Lean or similar certification, or experience implementing continuous improvement principles
  • Proven track record developing and/or implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives
