We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Lean Transformation initiatives, driving business excellence and improving operational efficiency.

About the Role:

The Lean Transformation Director will be responsible for deploying Lean principles across our organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of successfully implementing transformational change.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement Lean strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on process improvement and cost reduction.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions that drive business results.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to establish metrics and benchmarks for measuring progress and success.
  4. Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
  5. Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for growth and recommend adjustments to Lean strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Lean management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean transformations, resulting in significant business improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
