Food Service Manager

San Miguel Foods Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
