Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Business Development Manager to join our team at GreenShield Canada. As a key member of our Enterprise Growth team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound business inquiries and participate in active outbound activity to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Lead RFP responses and collaborate with client management, clinical, product, finance, and operations teams.
  • Manage all aspects of finalist presentations and engage with prospective clients to sell employee mental health solutions to Human Resources and C-suite leaders.
  • Source and engage with channel partners to position and sell GS Health services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and accompanying documents throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet individual and team-wide sales targets and negotiate client contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Forecast and track sales activity and work collaboratively with Client Management to support implementations on broader departmental initiatives.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, health services, or technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or consulting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the employee health and benefits landscape.
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly effective communication skills and ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience creating client-focused solutions and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize.
  • Technologically agile and adept in learning and integrating new applications and platforms.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
