Lead National Commercial Finance Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Commercial Finance to lead our national commercial finance team. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, developing and implementing financial strategies, and providing expert financial guidance to our commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead national MACO and Commercial ZBB financials, including monthly reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Owner of the national commercial 1YP budgeting process.
  • Lead a team of 4 employees and drive engagement for the broader revenue management commercial Finance team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Support on ad hoc deep dive requests for ELT presentations.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably complemented with Back-Office experience.
  • Financial management expertise, including strong understanding of Labatt P&L, mix and rate impacts, accruals, and ZBB packages.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with ability to work closely with sales, finance, and supply teams.
  • Problem-solving skills, with ability to break down complex problems and develop action plans.
