Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Director to lead our National MACO and Commercial ZBB financials, including monthly reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting. This role will oversee the national commercial 1YP budgeting process and lead a team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead National MACO and Commercial ZBB financials, including monthly reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Owner of the national commercial 1YP budgeting process.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals and drive engagement for the broader revenue management commercial Finance team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization – leveraging existing solutions and support from zone development teams.
  • Support on Ad hoc deep dive requests on both MACO and ZBB for ELT presentations.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably complemented with Back-Office experience.
  • Financial Management – need to have strong understanding how Labatt P&L works, understand mix and rate impacts, accruals, ZBB packages.
  • Stakeholder management – candidate will work closely with a large group of stakeholders across the business including sales, finance, supply. Needs to feel comfortable working cross functionally and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Problem solving – ability to take a problem and break into multiple components and develop action plans to address.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
