As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability. Your expertise in financial management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving will be instrumental in leading our national commercial finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial finance strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure high-performing commercial finance operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial finance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
