Job Title: Farm Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Turning Leaf Greenhouses. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the highest quality crops are produced while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of farm workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor crop growth and development, making adjustments as necessary to optimize yields and quality.
  • Implement and maintain effective crop rotation and soil management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to pesticide use and worker safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in farm management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in crop production and farm operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
