About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Clinical/Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Northern Health.

This exciting opportunity provides pharmacy services to patients in Northern Health, monitoring drug prescribing, distribution, and therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal, and economic use of drugs.

As a member of our pharmacy department, you will work closely with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $105,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospital pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy and current licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
  • Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or a combination of at least one year of hospital experience and advanced education courses.
  • Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists is encouraged.
