RAM Elevators & Lifts Inc. is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial elevators and accessibility lifts based in Edmonton. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Electrical Technical Support Specialist.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our dealers and customers. This includes troubleshooting problems, assisting with product installations, and providing expert advice on electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare electrical technical drawings using Electra and/or AutoCAD
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and through email
  • Support dealers with technical support over the phone
  • Troubleshoot and repair older products over the phone
  • Review and process technical orders
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Background in Electrical or Electronics (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree)
  • Knowledge of electronics, component identification, troubleshooting, and basic circuits
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Electra, and AutoCAD 2D software
  • VSD and PLC experience an asset
  • Customer service experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • SolidWorks software knowledge an asset

How to Apply

Applicants should have a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical and Electronics. Experience with AutoCAD, Electra, VSD and PLC, and customer service is preferred. We will provide training specific to our products.
