Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting problems, providing technical assistance, and supporting dealers with product installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare electrical technical drawings using Electra and/or AutoCAD software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Support dealers with product installation, offering technical guidance and assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair older products, providing solutions to customers.
  • Review and process technical orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team.

Requirements

  • Background in Electrical or Electronics (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree).
  • Knowledge of electronics, component identification, troubleshooting, and basic circuits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electra, and AutoCAD 2D software.
  • VSD and PLC experience is an asset.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks software is an asset.
